We exist to make great financial decision-making a breeze for everyone: simple for the perplexed; funny for the bored and confident for the nervous and unsure.

And this isn’t something new! Compare the Market was launched in 2006 and has grown rapidly to become one of the UK’s most loved price comparison websites. We’re best known for offering an independent and impartial comparison on a range of household financial products.

We’re not here to advise you or to give our recommendation, but we are here to provide clear, concise and timely information so that you can go on to purchase a product that best meets your needs at the time that you need it.

Our technology means that we can provide comparisons for the price, cover and features of everyday insurance products like car, home, life, travel, pet as well as energy tariffs, broadband and mobile phone packages and financial products such as mortgages, credit cards, loans, savings and current accounts.

Although we have been serving our customers since 2006, it wasn’t until our famous meerkats hit the nation's screens in 2009, that we really started to make a difference. Since then, the business has grown to become one of the UK's best loved financial brands now employing around 700 colleagues.

We're on a mission to make a difference to the lives of everyone, making it even easier for our customers to find the best deals for them, at a time to suit them.
