We have an opportunity for a Programme Manager to join Comparethemarket for 6 months, and work within the context of high dependency multi-team initiatives, you will work across the entire programme lifecycle, from contributing to strategic planning, discovery and experimentation to the management of delivery. You will contribute to ongoing improvements to our delivery practices and ensure agile and lean principles are embedded to enable maximum value, a fantastic time to join, and a lot to do, we implore you to look at us!

You’ll ideally:

•    Have experience of successfully managing multiple programmes, projects and stakeholders
•    Have excellent planning and organisation skills
•    Thrive in a fast paced digital environment
•    Have great attention to details but ability to take a strategic viewpoint
•    Display drive and determination and be able to remains calm under periods of pressure
•    Be self-motivated team player with a collaborative, positive approach
•    You’ll be part of a community of Programme Managers working within a Matrix management framework

•    Ensure effective stakeholder management, working with leadership Team, business units, partners/agencies and support functions to ensure the impact of  change is accurately understood and commercially valued, challenging when appropriate
•    Communicating with stakeholders on progress, risks, and issue management/resolution including escalation across relevant areas
•    Ensuring adherence to governance standards to enable consistent monitoring and reporting which can scale
•    Own dependency management across Ctm collaborating with the wider Programme Management community. This includes effective mapping and monitoring of dependencies to ensure effective and efficient delivery
•    Own Programme Risk Management and RAID quality
