As a Learning and Talent Development Manager for Comparethemarket, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering development interventions to support the delivery of the learning, talent, and career strategy. You will work closely with Senior L&TD Managers, Senior HRBP's and Business stakeholders to identify capability needs, designing and delivering blended learning and development interventions across the organisation, and tracking progress to demonstrate added value to Comparethemarket.

What we need from you:

  • Relationship focused: You’ll build deep working relationships with key stakeholders, Senior LT&D, HRBP’s and Senior Leaders to understand their capability needs. You’ll complete effective needs analysis and define key skill gaps.
  • Curious: You’ll use your curious nature to analyse learning and talent data to drive decisions about the direction and evolution of our proposition
  • Technically strong: You’ll design, deliver, and continuously improve a suite of blended learning and talent interventions, either facilitating or working in partnership with our learning partners to deliver appropriate interventions.
  • A champion: You’ll use creative communication channels to engage colleagues and promote internal opportunities to drive mobility and career progression.

Key Skills:

  • Expertise and proven ability to design and deliver innovative development & talent interventions.
  • Strong facilitator of all types of training delivery
  • Commercially minded and able to speak the language of the business.
  • Ability to identify key capability gaps and how to address, including demonstrable ROI.
  • A strong, engaging individual with the ability to influence at a Senior Level.
  • Proactively uses best practice and insight, keeping up to date with latest trends.
