We are currently recruiting for a Financial Operations Assistant. The role will involve supporting the Financial Operations team in both daily and monthly tasks. The day-to-day role will have a focus on sales invoicing to ensure that each of our partners is invoiced in a timely manner, cash is collected ands debt is managed effectively. This role is also expected to provide regular support to the wider Financial Operations Team as needed. These activities may include processing supplier invoices, employee expenses and cash management.

What would the role involve:

        Raise invoices

        Resolve invoice and account queries

        Maintain regular communications with our partners to build positive relationships and ensure payment commitments are met

        Actively monitor and follow up with debtors

        Build and maintain strong relationships with the commercial teams at CtM

        Liaise with the commercial teams to ensure overdue debts are proactively chased in the most effective way

        Keep records of collection activities and conversations

        Maintain partner master data to ensure invoicing and contractual terms are accurate

        Review and reconcile the Company collections account, debtor ledger and other key control accounts each month

        Update and maintain MI records for sales performance reporting

        Complete ad hoc requests for debtor analysis

        Manage workload effectively in order of priority

        Ad hoc support to the wider Financial Operations team

What we would love to see:

        Finance experience is essential

        Experience with Credit Control is desirable

        Experience using Workday would be beneficial

        Excellent attention to detail

        Task orientated, confident working to deadlines

        Good Microsoft Excel skills

        Strong communication skills across all levels

        Strong team player confident working autonomously
